Industry Integration

IFQM is actively collaborating with leading educational institutions to enrich and enhance the existing curricula, co-create new courses, and develop full-fledged PG programs focused on Quality, Innovation, and Excellence. This ensures the classroom learnings directly align with workplace needs, preparing students to solve current real-world challenges.

With expertise of founding and member companies, IFQM aids in embedding quality principles and philosophy across various core courses, ensuring a holistic understanding. The emphasis is on understanding and solving industry challenges through internships, live projects, case studies to appreciate the impact which can be created through focus on Big ‘Q’ and small ‘q’ and plant facility visits to enrich practical understanding.

Courses on areas
of Quality

Through newly co-created basic and advanced courses on Quality and related topics, the aim is to provide exposure to students on application of tools and philosophy before they join organizations – enabling to be industry ready on Day 0. The courses are designed with institute faculty and industry experts, bringing practical experience to classroom setup. This also includes integration of upcoming areas – Digital, AI/ML, ESG, Cybersecurity etc. and its role in achieving Business Objectives.

PG Programs

Collaboration is focused on developing specialized Post Graduate Program on Business Excellence – enabling the participants to understand, learn and appreciate the nuances of holistic business management, with significant inputs from industry leaders – creating a pool of business leaders to drive Indian industry.

Our Dynamic ‘Quality Clubs’

An initiative to create Quality Consciousness among a larger set of students, through online and in-campus engagements. The student-led Quality Clubs are igniting a passion for quality, innovation, and excellence among students in participating institutes across India. Mentored by faculty and enabled by IFQM and experts from member companies, the club provides platform for learning-by-doing. The clubs are initiated in few colleges and scaling up with focus on Management, Engineering and Medical. The activities are customized as per the domain and stream of participating students and institute rules and regulations for establishing Clubs and Societies. IFQM also enables regular Competitions / Hackathons to trigger bright minds to suggest solutions which would be used to develop solutions for the industries.
